An Aetna SilverSneakers membership will also grant you access to the SilverSneakers app so you can find participating locations and FLEX classes, track your progress, watch informational and instructional videos and more.

An Aetna SilverSneakers membership may even include a college discount program. Earn points for exercising and turn those points into college tuition money for a grandchild or other family member.
