MyHumana: Log In to Manage Your Benefits

MyHumana^® is an online portal for members of Humana insurance plans. Members can use MyHumana to perform a variety of tasks like review their plan benefits and details, manage their prescription drugs, view the status of a claim, find a doctor, pay a bill and much more. MyHumana is also available as a mobile app.

In this guide, we outline how to use your MyHumana account to perform some important tasks, including:

• Refill a prescription

Create Your MyHumana Account

To create a MyHumana account, first go to the Humana provider login page. Next, select “Member” from the drop-down tab. Then click the button that says, “Start activation now.”

You will then be asked to provide the ID number for the Humana health insurance or Humana Medicare plan in which you are enrolled. 

You also must provide an email address that is unique to you, along with your birth date and zip code. 

Humana has partnered with CenterWell Pharmacy to put all of your health needs in one place by using the Humana pharmacy Login. 

Log Into Your MyHumana Account

Once you’ve created your MyHumana account, you may log in to MyHumana by entering your username and password.

If you’re on the Humana home page, you can click the green “Sign In” button in the upper right corner screen. The sign in button also appears on many additional pages within the Humana website.

Pay Your Humana Plan Premium

You can pay your Humana plan premium by using the navigation menu to get to the payment screen, or you can go directly to the online premium payment portal. Here you can make a one-time payment, schedule automatic payments and manage other aspects of your account. 

MyHumana members also have other options for paying a bill, including by mail or over the phone. 

Refill a Prescription through Your Humana Pharmacy Account

Filling a prescription is easy with MyHumana. Just log in to your account and navigate to or visit the online Humana pharmacy.

You can fill up to five prescriptions at a time and have them delivered right to your door. You can also log in check your prescription home delivery status. 

Find a Doctor or Dental Provider

You can use your MyHumana account to find a doctor near you who accepts your Humana insurance plan. You can sort by specialty and distance from a given zip code to find Humana dental providers or Humana pharmacy locations. 

You may also view the online Humana provider directory to find participating health care providers near you. 

Additional Actions

Additional actions you can perform after you log in to your MyHumana account include:

• View your plan ID card
• Review your benefits
• View your active claims
• File an appeal or a complaint
• Access your lab results
• Manage a chronic health condition
• Earn rewards for completing healthy actions with the Go365 wellness and rewards program

The MyHumana mobile app

MyHumana is available as a mobile app for both Apple and Android phones and tablets. That means you can log into your MyHumana account quickly and easily, and you can do so from anywhere you are.

The MyHumana mobile app is rated 3 stars out of 5 in the Apple App Store and 4.1 stars out of 5 in the Google Play Store. Common complaints about the app include log in issues and not updating information about providers and costs.
