Which Humana Medicare Plans Include Dental Coverage?

Humana offers several distinct types of Medicare Advantage plans, but HMO plans, PPO plans, PFFS plans, and SNP plans all may include dental coverage. 

HMO

PPO

Am I Eligible for Humana Medicare Advantage Dental Coverage?

In order to be eligible for Humana Medicare plans with dental coverage, you must:

• Be enrolled in both Medicare Part A and Part B
• live in the service area of the plan you wish to join
